We automatically send all our packages with canadapost expresspost service unless you upgrade to purolator, fedex or ups.
Shipping Fees:
Expresspost 2-3 days (Possible Delays at the moment)
- 12.99$ Fee for orders under 50$
- 5.00$ Fee for orders 50$-99.99$
- FREE for orders 100$ or more.
Purolator and UPS Next Day (Guarantees have been extended to 3 business days but expect next day)
Add 29.99$ for this next day service anywhere in Canada(few exceptions and not valid for USA).
Late Deliveries:
Our shipping companies have a certain time frame to respect, if your package is late, we may be able to apply a credit or free shipping on your next order. Please contact us if your package is late.
Returns:
Once you receive a package you will have 48hrs to inform us you want to return a package. Packages must be unopened and must be returned with a tracking number, therefore, a 15$ fee will apply to cover the shipping costs, or simply pay for the expresspost service and we will void this fee. Please contact us to discuss options.
