Kanna also known as Sceletium Tortuosum in Latin. A well known and respected plant in Africa. Research has found it to contain mesembrine, a natural Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor (SSRI). Grows in the dry deserts of south Africa and has a pleasant earthy and woodsy aromatic fragrance. Available both as cut and sifted or as a semi coarse powder.
